Introduction

The Kingston Impact Basketball Club even though has only be inexistence since the summer of 2007 has already established a growing list of esteemed graduates.

This area is dedicated to following Kingston Impact Alunmi and others from the Greater Kingston Area who have continued in basketball either as a player, coach or in some sort of builder capacity.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth "Liz" Boag

High School: LaSalle S.S.
Education: Queen's University
Profile:

Liz Boag won 2 KASSAA Championships, 2 EOSSAA Championships and an OFSAA Bronze medal before moving on to play at Queen's University. 

As a Gael, Boag led all OUA rookies in scoring in the 2010-2011 season, averaging 9.1 points per game and was named the recipient of the Queen's Alfie Pierce Trophy at the 2010-11 Varsity Teams Colour Awards banquet in March.

She played for the Kingston Fightin' Irish and Runnin' Rebels before moving to the Impact during amalgamation. As a member of the Kingston Impact, her teams went on to finish in the top 4 in the Province  2 of her 3 seasons.

Lacey Knox

High School: Frontenac S.S.
Education: University of Western Ontario
Profile:

Lacey was a key figure in the Frontenac S.S. program over her career. The multiple MVP winner was also an honour role student and top graduating athlete of her class.

During her club career, Lacey played for both the Kingston Fightin' Irish and the KingstonnRunnin' Rebels organization before joining the Impact at amalgamation. As a member of the Kingston Impact, her teams went on to finish in the top 4 in the Province 2 of her 3 seasons along with other notable alumnus Liz Boag.

Jory McDonald

High School: Regiopolis Notre-Dame
Education: University of Western Ontario
Profile:

A member of one of the strongest female groups to go through Regopolis Notre Dame, Jory McDonald was part of 4 KASSAA Championships (2 junior/2 senior) in 4 years at the school.

During Jory's illustrious OBA career, she played basketball for the Kingston Fightin' Irish before moving to the Kingston Impact during amalgamation.

McDonald was a 2 time selection to the Ontario U17 Women's Basketball team as well as a member of the U15 Canadian National Cadet team and Ontario U15 team.

Jory is now a rookie with the University of Western Ontario Mustangs Women's Basketball team.
