Refund Policy

The Kingston Impact Refund Policy for the House League Program is based on 2 events: evaluation session and scheduled games.

The House League program begins with an evaluation session during the first week. Some programs may follow the evaluation with a skills clinic that does not include a game. Therefore for the purpose of our refund policy we base our dates on those 2 events.

As of September 1st, 2009, the Kingston Impact Refund Policy is as follows:

• To request a refund, the Impact's administrator must receive a written request by email.
• Full refunds will be provided up until the start of the evaluation session.
• Up until the start of the 2nd scheduled GAME the club will provide a full refund less $30 administration fee.
• After the start of the second scheduled game, no refunds will be issued.
