How do I register?
Registration
For those interested in starting January 2012, we are offering a special late registration rate of $80. New players will start the 1st session in January and will continue with the program until the end of the season which is end of February.
We provide 3 methods for registering for our House League:
- Online Registration via PayPal
- Drop In - Complete the registration form (1 per player) Registration Form and bring to the first session in January.
- By Mail - Complete the registration form (1 per player) Registration Form and mail to the address on the form.
Latest House League News
Feb 16, 2012 - The Kingston Impact House League is coming to an end. This weekend we only have sessions on Saturday February 18th at Bayridge S.S. The normal session at LaSalle S.S. will not run.
Our final sessions will be:
Saturday Feb 25 at Bayridge S.S. (regular time)
Sunday Feb 26 at LaSalle S.S. (regular time)
We'd like to thank the 250 boys and girls who participated this year. As well as the 20+ volunteer coaches who put in countless hours preparing for practices and working with the players in the gym.
Just a reminder, we will be collecting all reversible jerseys at the end of the final session. If you will not be able to attend, please drop off at one of these 2 additional dates:
- Saturday Feb 18 at Bayridge S.S. 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Saturday March 3rd at Bayridge S.S. 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Kingston Impact
House League Overview
The Kingston Impact Basketball Club is pleased to continue to offer a House League program that began in the Fall 2007. It will continue in the tradition originally developed by Barry O'Connor and the former Kingston Pacers Basketball Club.
Philosophy
FUN, Fun and more Fun. Make friends, learn basic movement, basketball specific skills and participate in fitness related activities. Develop a love for sport for life!!
The Impact House League wishes to promote an active lifestyle by providing a positive experience in sport. To that end, we want all players to experience the fun of being a contributing member of a team while gaining confidence by learning new capabilities.
Changes for 2010-2011
- Skill sessions are age specific LTAD relative with more appropriate time allocated to age specific development
- All games are 4 on 4 cross court.
- Active for life & fun are the key constant
Program Focus

- We believe team tactics are not necessary but an age appropriate understanding of the game is.

Equipment
The club will provide all equipment required except the following:
- Players are to wear comfortable clothing, shorts, t-shirt, sock and indoor running shoes.
- Team reversible jersey will be provided but must be returned at the end of the season.
